Karen Vagelatos
Living, working and recreating in Whistler is a lifestyle choice for Karen, a two-time Olympian in Alpine Skiing. Her love for Whistler began as a young girl where even before the first chair lift was built she was featured in promotional material to attract investors in the development of Whistler Mountain. On any given day you can find Karen skiing, playing golf, riding her road bike or hiking in the mountains.
Following a successful ski racing career Karen went on to university where she received a master’s degree in Landscape Architecture. She practiced landscape architecture in the Vancouver area for 20 years before moving to Whistler with her family in 1995. Karen’s knowledge about site design and land use planning combined with graduate studies in Tourism Planning provide her with a unique view of real estate in Whistler.

Susie Frank
Susie settled in Whistler in 1990 after traveling the world with her husband Roland. She worked in an Art Gallery for three years where she gained invaluable experience in the “art of sales” and extensive knowledge about Whistler. Realizing her passion for the sales industry, she started her career as a real estate agent.
Susie enjoys the challenges of being a professional realtor. “I take my real estate duties seriously – it’s a big responsibility and my goal is always to same – a happy, satisfied client.” Her dedication speaks for itself, she has consistently been a Whistler Real Estate top producer! She is genuinely committed to building relationships and taking care of her clients. “My service doesn’t end on completion day. Living in Whistler is not all work for Susie. She enjoys good wine and food that her chef husband Roland prepares for her! Their dog, Sophie, goes for a long walk every day on some of most beautiful walking trails in the world. “Living here is a lifestyle choice; I like to downhill ski, skate ski, cross country ski with Sophie, golf and mountain bike in my spare time.” She also speaks French, conversational Spanish and Portuguese.
